Black Lion Calendar is a community-driven livestream event directory and calendar. Users can:

• View public livestream events
• Submit their own events for listing
• Interact with events via ROARs and shares
• Build streaks and earn badges through engagement

3. User Accounts & Profiles

No login required. We create a device-based profile using browser fingerprinting. This allows streak tracking and badges without requiring an account. Clearing browser data may reset your profile.

4. User Content & Submissions

4.1 Event Listings: When you submit an event, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it publicly.

4.2 Representations: You represent that:

• You have the right to submit the content
• The content complies with all platform Terms of Service
• The content is not illegal, infringing, or prohibited

4.3 Prohibited Content: You may not submit events that promote:

• Vulgar or obscene material
• Pornography or sexual exploitation
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Content violating local customs/habits
• Illegal activities or infringing content
• Hate speech or harassment

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Manipulate ROAR counts or engagement metrics
• Use bots or automated tools
• Harass creators or other users
• Attempt to bypass our systems
• Use the Service for illegal purposes

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Service, including the Black Lion name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your event information. You grant us a license to display it.

Third-Party Trademarks: All platform names (TikTok, Twitch, etc.) are property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. DMCA / Copyright Policy

If you believe content infringes your copyright, provide:

• Identification of copyrighted work
• Identification of infringing material
• Your contact information
• Statement of good faith belief
• Your signature (physical or electronic)
